Welcome to the apt Group‘s 2019 “New Financial Year” Newsletter edition.

In May this year, SPM Instrument held a special event in Eskilstuna – a Swedish city with a rich industrial history, perfectly suited as a backdrop for the launch of a selection of New products and industry specific sales presentations.

The NEW AiriusTM, is a range of wireless vibration sensors using Std Industrial WiFi for remote monitoring of industrial equipment. It provides warning of vibration-related problems as well as gear and bearing faults. Airius boasts a robust construction (Ex. ver. avail), extremely long battery life, 3-axis of vibration up to 5kHz and temperature monitoring, all in the one unit. Full diagnostic functionality is available via Condmaster Ruby software, alternatively, Condmaster.NET is its cloud-based solution.

The NEW INSEN8 is an 8-channel version of our renowned Intellinova Parallel EN system with parallel and synchronous measurements on all channels (Ex. ver. avail). The INSEN8 system has two DSP’s working in parallel, making the system more flexible than its bigger siblings.

The Intellinova Parallel MB is now available with a NEW HMI. The aim of this option is to simplify measurement configuration and alarm management for customers not familiar with the Modbus protocol.

All-Test Pro are also launching instruments, the NEW AT7 portable Motor Circuit Analyser for de-energised testing has now been released and is even better than its AT5 predecessor.

The Artesis MCM continuous On-line Motor Monitors and software for Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) was launched earlier in the year. Its intelligent modules use machine learning algorithms to provide motor diagnostics to the plant owner. Condmaster.NET is an easy-to-use, web-based solution for evaluation of measurement results from the Airius wireless vibration sensor

Supporting all web browsers, Condmaster.NET provides access to measurement data via all devices, e.g., computers, tablets, and smartphones. The solution is currently available as a cloud service, whereby users log onto Condmaster.NET to view spectrums, time signals, trends, and alarms, all based on data residing in SPM Cloud.

Condmaster.NET allows users to create components and measuring points, as well as to set up vibration and temperature measurements. The Dashboard provides an overview of the current condition status of all measuring point, alarms, and any issues on component and measuring point level.

The Condmaster.NET service is hosted via a secure server with very high availability, enabling access to measurement data from anywhere in the world.

New eight-channel addition to high-performance online system Intellinova Parallel EN

SPM Instrument continues to expand its high-end online condition monitoring system Intellinova Parallel EN and now launches an eight-channel version of this flagship system. From a cost per channel perspective, the new addition Intellinova Parallel EN 8 is an extremely cost-efficient solution for online monitoring of critical assets. The system is an excellent choice for test and proof-of-concept installations and monitoring mission-critical equipment with a smaller number of measuring points.

The powerful parallel and synchronous measurement capacity enables a great variety of measurement configurations for a diversity of applications. The Intellinova Parallel EN 8 system accommodates eight channels connected in parallel to two digital signal processors. Utilizing dual processor capacity across all eight channels in parallel provides maximum flexibility. The possibility to set up two and three channel measurements on any two channels, independent of the physical connection, enables, for instance, phase measurement between any channel pair.

Flexibility and signal processing power are standout characteristics of the systems in the Intellinova Parallel EN family. Designed to manage demanding industrial environments and complex operating conditions, they are ideally suited for condition monitoring of industrial equipment with high availability demands. The systems incorporate HD condition monitoring technology, the world’s most efficient technologies for monitoring vibration, gear and bearing condition, and lubrication, with unmatched forewarning times for deteriorating machine condition.

SPM Instrument have launched a New Intellinova Parallel MB with HMI display

Intellinova Parallel MB with HMI display makes advanced measurement technology accessible through a user-friendly and simple graphical interface. Without the need for database management and expertise, Intellinova Parallel MB with HMI is an “out-of-the-box” solution with ample customization possibilities, requiring minimal user training. Suitable measurement configurations for condition monitoring of typical machine combinations – such as motor-pump or fan-motor – are pre-programmed.

The HMI display manages eight applications and up to twelve Intellinova Parallel MB units with four channels each. The display can be mounted in the same cabinet as the measuring units, or in other suitable locations if required.
